Our Science

The science that supports our mission: to develop targeted treatments for patients suffering from critical illness.

Disrupt with Evidence.

Before we brought our first product to market, we spent a decade building the evidence behind it… backed by data.

Our AI-Powered Approach

Scalable Generation of Powerful Data

NOSIS™

Our large-scale biobank pairs longitudinal clinical data with biological samples from critical care patients across a growing network of hospitals. Roughly 20x larger than similar initiatives, we’re poised to scale 10-25x in the next three years.

Immunix®

Our EHR-integrated engine that collects clinical and biological data rapidly and cost-effectively at the point of care, and puts what we learn back to work, operationalizing AI-biomarkers in real time within clinical workflows.

Together, they form a continuous loop: data becomes models, models get deployed at the bedside, and every deployment generates more data. The more patients the platform touches, the more it learns. And the more precisely it can identify which patients will respond to which treatments.

From Signal to Decision

AI-Biomarkers: The Core Output

Built on NOSIS and deployed through Immunix, our AI-biomarkers integrate multiple types of data, capture how a patient’s biology is changing in real time, and support clinical decisions in the moment.

Sepsis ImmunoScore® — the first FDA-authorized AI-biomarker for sepsis — was our proof of concept, our first step in blazing the regulatory pathway for AI and precision therapeutics for acute illness.

Repeatable and Scalable Model

Repurposed Drugs in Redefined Patient Populations

Many of the most promising therapies for acute care never reached patients because trial populations were too broad. That is what our platform is built for: enabling late-stage clinical development success in mature drug candidates repurposed from other indications.

Most AI in life sciences is used in drug discovery – to discover new drugs. We use AI to make something that already exists work for exactly the right patients.

Proprietary Biobank and Dataset

NOSISTM is the biological engine behind Immunix — one of the largest acute illness biobanks in existence, continuously growing with every patient encounter.
