Prenosis is supported by a $20 million Series A private financing round, led by PACE Healthcare Capital, with premier co-investors including UC Investments, UCI Health Ventures, the Labcorp Venture Fund, Global Health Investment Corporation (GHIC), Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), and Carle Health. In addition, BARDA (Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority) awarded Prenosis a $20 million contract under its Type to Treat Program, funding a pivotal clinical trial and the expansion of our clinical network in up to 40 leading academic medical centers. We’ve paired that capital with strategic partners who extend our reach.
